Trainee - Site Supervisor (Residential Home Construction)

Role Description:
This internship is day to day basis, on-site role based in Campbelltown Areas, NSW, supporting residential home construction projects as a Site Supervisor intern. The intern will assist with daily site coordination, including monitoring work progress, checking that construction activities follow plans and schedules, and reporting any issues to the director directly. Day-to-day tasks include conducting basic site inspections, helping enforce construction safety procedures, and ensuring that trades and workers understand site requirements. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with team members, documenting site activities, and supporting compliance with quality and safety standards. This position provides hands-on experience in residential site supervision and exposure to the full build cycle.
Qualifications
- No Experience required. Training and support will be provided. This job is suitable for people who wants the exposure in residential construction industry. Someone serious about building a long-term career in residential construction, not looking for quick income. Reliable, shows up on time, willing to learn on-site in all conditions. If you are serious about the career and wants to grow in this industry, then based on your performance, this position may be full time permanent in future based on the company's growth.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including the ability to relay information clearly to supervisors, trades, and other stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic Inspection skills, with the ability to observe work quality and identify obvious issues or safety concerns under guidance.
- Candidates should possess Construction Safety awareness, including understanding site safety rules, PPE requirements, and hazard reporting practices.
- Ability to work on-site around Campbelltown areas, NSW, with reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Candidates have to have own vehicle and valid drivers licences.
Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
