About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Casual Guitar Teacher to join our team. You'll deliver individual and small-group guitar lessons to students across a range of ages and abilities, helping them build skills, confidence and a lifelong love of music.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging, well-structured guitar lessons (acoustic and electric) to children and adults
- Prepare students for performances, exams (e.g. AMEB) and school events where applicable
- Track student progress and communicate with parents and the school team
- Contribute to a positive, encouraging learning environment
About You
- Strong guitar skills with the ability to teach beginner to intermediate (advanced a bonus)
- Experience teaching or working with children preferred
- Patient, reliable and great at building rapport with students of all ages
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Available for after-school and/or Saturday-Sunday sessions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.80 – $51.00 per hour
