Burleigh Town Hotel is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to join our management team as Restaurant Manager or Duty Manager, helping run the day-to-day operations of our high-volume venue. With seating for 800+ guests and a reputation for outstanding food, service, and guest experience, this is a great next step for hospitality professionals ready to lead.
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager

Oversee restaurant floor operations and guest experience

Manage rosters, labour costs, and productivity targets

Monitor financial performance, revenue, and cost control

Work closely with the Head Chef on service standards
Duty Manager
-
Lead front-of-house across the venue during shifts

Ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, WHS, and venue procedures

Resolve guest concerns and manage venue security/cash handling

Support team coaching and daily operational flow
About You
-
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Duty Manager in a high-volume venue

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers License
