We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you’ll support people with disabilities to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy a full and meaningful life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Support clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community outings
- Encourage independence and help build life skills
- Follow individual support plans and maintain accurate records
- Provide emotional support and build positive relationships
About You
- Caring, patient, and respectful attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Reliable and flexible availability (including weekends and evenings)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or similar (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (if required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
