Quarry Manager Opportunity - Geraldton

About the role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quarry Manager to take ownership of a key site in Geraldton. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production outcomes.
You will be responsible for driving performance across people, plant, and equipment, while meeting safety, environmental, production, and financial targets.

About you
- Experience leading quarry, mining, or heavy industry operations.
- Strong commitment to safety and building a positive team culture.
- Knowledge of quarry operations, including drill and blast, crushing, and screening.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and driving operational performance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with customers and internal teams.
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility requirements.
- Quarry Manager Certificate (or equivalent) highly regarded.
- Certificate IV, Diploma in Extractive Industries, or relevant qualifications desirable.
