As a Coordinator, Digital Marketing you will:
- Lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including media planning, buying, campaign execution and performance marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development and production of digital and print marketing assets, ensuring high-quality, accessible and brand-aligned content across video, photography, web, social and advertising channels.
- Analyse campaign performance and admissions data to provide strategic insights, recommendations and reporting that support continuous optimisation and informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers, providing strategic advice, ensuring alignment of marketing objectives and fostering a collaborative service culture.
- Manage team capability, budgets and operational priorities by coaching staff, overseeing campaign financial performance and supporting broader marketing strategy, new course launches and faculty initiatives.
To be successful you'll have:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience, including a degree with substantial relevant experience, extensive management expertise, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including content requirements across key channels and experience delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns with performance analysis, optimisation and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience developing creative assets across above-the-line (ATL), digital and social marketing channels, with an understanding of project management processes for photo and video production, including basic video editing capabilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and creative platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Marketing Suite and Adobe Creative Suite applications such as InDesign and Photoshop.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, while engaging effectively with stakeholders to communicate complex information and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
