Drum Teacher / Tutor (Hornsby Studio). Location: Hornsby NSW
Morgan Music Academy is looking for a drum and/or percussion tutor for our Hornsby studio, teaching afternoon and weekend lessons.
We want students to develop a lifelong interest in music, so tutors need to teach in a way that is fun and engaging while still building solid technique.
Our ideal tutor will have:
- experience teaching children, from beginners through to advanced students such as HSC
- knowledge of a range of styles and techniques
- availability weekday afternoons and/or Saturdays
- a current NSW Working With Children Check, or the ability to obtain one before starting
- an ABN, as our tutors work with us as independent contractors
There may be additional work available at our Epping studio, and some lessons can be taught online, but the majority of work is in person at the studio. We also run an in-school program in north west Sydney if daytime work interests you.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
