Our Product Support & Solutions team is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a
Service Advisor to join our National Operations team. This important role supports our service delivery by preparing quotations and liaising with customers.
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Quoting & Estimating: You’ll be preparing and converting service and repair quotes for both rental and retail units—advising customers on the best solutions.
- Customer Liaison: You’ll be communicating with customers via phone and email, following up on quotes, and finalising approvals to keep jobs moving forward.
- System Updates: You’ll maintain accurate records in our CRM, documenting quotes, approvals, and ongoing job details.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with technicians, service coordinators, and managers—helping to achieve labour recovery targets and ensure excellent customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within the forklift, material handling, automotive or industrial service industry
- Knowledge of service operations, maintenance scheduling and quotation processes
- Previous experience in a service advisor, service administration, scheduling or customer service role (preferred but not required)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience using CRM systems
- Mechanical or technical knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a strong attention to detail
