Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…
As a Salary Packaging Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for converting new customer enquiries into sales and identifying cross-sell opportunities. You will conduct both inbound and outbound calls with current and potential customers, educating them on our products and meeting their needs.
At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Handle outbound / inbound current and prospective customer sales inquiries
- Provide quotations, product information, support and pricing details to effectively sell the features and benefits of salary packaging to employees of specific employer campaigns
- Identify and promote cross-sell opportunities
- Identify Novated Leasing sales leads and forward leads through to the Fleet Sales team
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills
- Professional, clear and articulate communication (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised in achieving service outcomes
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritising skills
