The Role
- Creating and executing innovative seasonal menus
- Elevating food quality, presentation, and consistency across venues
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring kitchen teams
- Working closely with senior management on growth and direction
- Driving creativity while maintaining operational excellence
- Helping shape the identity and future of a fast-growing hospitality group
