The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a 3–6 month contract to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery leads, and vendors, you’ll play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can quickly get up to speed, and is comfortable driving outcomes from day one.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions
Analyse and document business processes, requirements, and solution options
Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables
Support business case development and recommendations
Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts across initiatives
Partner with delivery teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation
Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
Use data to generate insights and support decision-making
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Proven experience as a Business Analyst (minimum 3+ years)
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to work across business and technology teams
Experience delivering projects and supporting end-to-end delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Experience with data analysis and insight generation highly regarded
Exposure to AI, automation, or process optimisation is a bonus
