THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join a supportive aged care team on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with professional and clinical standards
- Complete clinical assessments and monitor resident health outcomes
- Administer and manage medications safely and effectively
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
- Provide wound assessment and management
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records
- Respond appropriately to clinical changes and medical emergencies
- Deliver compassionate palliative and end-of-life care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
ABOUT YOU
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential)
- Previous experience in aged care, residential care, or a similar healthcare environment
- Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Full Australian Working Rights
