We’re seeking two Occupational Therapists to join our team in providing capacity-building support to individuals on the NDIS. This is a flexible opportunity, with the option to build a larger case load if desired. These roles are designed to fit in with your existing commitments, providing optimal work/life balance.

About you:
- You are confident working with children, teens, and adults
- You understand (or are willing to learn) identify-affirming, person-centred practice
- You are experienced in what it means to support the functional development of individuals with disabilities
- You are passionate about empowering people across the lifespan, both clients and within the workplace environment
- You’re collaborative, self-motivated, and aligned with a relational, capacity-building approach
- You value flexibility, integrity, and connection in your work
- Work solely for us or compliment your current workload with the option of Saturday or outside of hours work - it’s up to you!
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience with Functional Capacity Assessments
- Familiarity with NDIS processes and report writing
- Understands wrap-around, holistic support
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- ABN - if applying as a sub-contractor, rather than employee (either will be considered dependent on the applicants wishes)
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (if applying as sub-contractor only)
- NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Mandatory Training Certificates (or willingness to complete)
- First aid and CPR certification
