About the Role
To undertake tasks involving physical labour at fencing installation projects and sites, assisting and maintaining day-to-day
site activities across all relevant stages of each project as directed by the Site Supervisor or Leading Hand.
Key Tasks
– Undertake tasks associated with fencing installation as required by NCF
– As directed, prepare sites, source correct materials and install fencing per specifications and standards
– Use correct tools and plant at all times
– Undertake tasks across rural, commercial, residential and utility fencing — installations, repairs and maintenance
– Complete all work to the specified standard
– Enter own hours and submit timesheet to management
– Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel
Responsibilities
– Under instruction and using supplied materials, construct fencing to NCF standards
– Ensure work is completed — inclusive of site cleanup and return of unused plant and materials
– Maintain communication, personal presentation and equipment to NCF expectations at all times
– Support other staff and sub-contractors as required with deliveries and fence installations

Person Specification
Qualifications
- White Card (Construction Induction Training Card) – required prior to commencement
- Clean driving licence (desirable)
- As otherwise acceptable to NCF
Experience
- Exposure to a variety of labouring and manual tasks
- Previous construction or fencing site experience preferred

- Physical capacity to complete fencing installation tasks
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results
- Clear communication with clients and supervisors on site
- Accurate completion of timesheets and site records
