Apprentice Chef / Kitchen Apprentice (1st or 2nd Year)

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and hospitality. No previous experience is required for 1st-year apprentices, while 2nd-year apprentices are encouraged to apply and continue developing their skills under experienced chefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking.
- Learn and follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and food presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS requirements.
- Assist with stock rotation and storage.
- Support chefs during service periods.
- Learn various cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Work as part of a professional kitchen team.

No Experience Required
We welcome applicants with little or no kitchen experience. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop your skills and complete your apprenticeship successfully.

Pay: $25,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
