Broughton Anglican College is a Pre Kinder to Year 12 Christian School in the Macarthur region, providing exceptional educational opportunities to more than 1,400 students. Staff enjoy a collaborative and innovative teaching environment with supportive peers, students, parents and carers.
This position is a full-time position commencing in Term 3 of the 2026 Academic Year.
About The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering learning programs for a small class of Senior School students with moderate additional needs.
This role continues to evolve in response to the needs of the College and offers the opportunity to further strengthen and refine our Enhanced Education Support Program.
The position includes working across a combination of integrated and withdrawal learning support models within an established secondary school setting.

Details of Employment
Salary will reflect what is appropriate according to the candidate’s training and accreditation, under the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.
