As a Senior Dentist, you'll play a vital role in improving access to quality oral health care across your region. From guiding service delivery to supporting complex clinical decisions, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver care that meets the needs of both individuals and the broader community.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Leading and enhancing oral health services, ensuring safe, high-quality care for diverse patient groups
Delivering advanced general dental care, including managing complex cases and guiding clinical decisions
Supporting and mentoring dental professionals and students, fostering capability and confidence across the team
Driving service improvements by evaluating programs, managing referrals, and strengthening patient-centred outcomes

You're an experienced clinician who brings both confidence and compassion to your work. You lead by example, balancing clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to patient care and team development. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Dentist and relevant dental qualification
Strong experience delivering general dental services, including complex case management
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to patient-centred care, safety, and continuous improvement
You'll stand out if you bring experience in rural or regional practice and/or ongoing professional development or postgraduate study.
Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering high-quality oral health care, building strong teams, and improving outcomes for communities across the region, reflecting the values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
