About the role
As a Bartender at The Meat & Wine Co, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional beverage service. From crafting classic and signature cocktails to recommending wines and engaging with guests, you'll bring energy, professionalism and product knowledge to every shift. Working closely with our restaurant team, you'll help deliver the high standards of service we're known for.
What we're looking for
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, premium casual or high-volume venue
- Strong cocktail-making skills and knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and customer service skills Impeccable presentation and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
