The Role
Join our team as a Power Platform Developer on a fixed-term, fully remote contract, helping shape an enterprise-wide Power Platform environment. You'll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of business processes through the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
Working closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, and end users, you will analyse business requirements, develop functional specifications, and use your technical expertise to design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions based on business requirements.
Support other team members if required with technical knowledge and solution ideas
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures, and user manuals, aligned to SRG Global standard.
Understand SRG’s collaboration, workflow, data and document management requirements and opportunities.
Work closely with users and stakeholders to analyse and document detailed business requirements as they relate to Power Platform solution opportunities.
Set development project schedules, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide timely communications and reporting in conjunction with the nominated solution owner.
Develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans, liaise with business stakeholders, and perform UAT when required.
Provide escalated helpdesk support (level 2/3) where configuration alterations may be required to remediate issues.
Assist and support the development and delivery of user training resources including training videos and training guides.
Manage the solutions enhancement pipeline with collaboration with each solution owner.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
Knowledge of Platform security concepts, including user permissions, groups, roles and SharePoint security best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a task.
