Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or related.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or relevant qualification.
- Experience in supporting client independence and wellbeing.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the aged care sector.
- Adaptability to varied working hours.
- Strong empathy and compassion towards others.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
