About Fortress Hire
Fortress Hire is a rapidly growing Queensland business providing portable toilet hire, liquid waste services, potable water delivery, temporary fencing, skip bins, and event hire solutions across Southeast Queensland.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
The Role
This is a hands-on role that combines field sales, customer relationship management, and business development. You will work closely with builders, contractors, project managers, event organisers, and commercial customers to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across Southeast Queensland
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings
- Follow up quotes and sales enquiries
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Experience in construction, hire, waste management, transport, or a related industry is highly regarded
