We are seeking passionate Youth Workers who are committed to empowering young people to develop independence, build confidence and achieve their goals and actively participate in their communities.
Every young person is unique. You may be supporting young people to develop life skills, participate in recreational activities, build social connections, access education or employment opportunities, or navigate challenges while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
This role is based in the southern suburbs, with the young person transitioning to the northern suburbs. As part of this transition, staff must be willing and able to work across both locations for an short period s to provide consistent support and assist with a smooth transition

The roster includes AM and PM shifts, and staff must be available to work passive overnight shifts
