Haven by ICONSMAT provides high-quality co-living accommodation with a strong focus on cleanliness, comfort, and respectful shared living. We are seeking a reliable and organised Property Manager to help maintain our high standards while delivering an excellent experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine room and property inspections.
- Meet prospective tenants and conduct room viewings.
- Receive and assess rental applications.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the property and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when required.
- Build positive relationships with tenants and respond to general enquiries.
- Ensure the property is maintained to Haven by ICONSMAT's standards.
What We're Looking For
- Must live locally in or near Liverpool, NSW, as the role requires regular visits to the property and prompt response when needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
- A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transport are preferred.
Remuneration
- Contract position with flexible working hours.
- Ongoing retainer of up to $200 per week, subject to agreed responsibilities and performance.
- $200 bonus for each successful tenancy signed.
