We're looking for a dynamic, creative and agile Social Media Team Leader (AO7) to inspire and energise a team of 3 x Content Creators. Your role will ensure the creation and delivery of engaging, insights driven social media strategy and content.
The department's Social Media team manages seven channels experiencing rapid growth in a complex and highly visible environment.

What you will be doing:
- Reporting to the Manager, Content you will shape social media strategy as well as deliver content that resonates with our diverse audiences
- Establish and lead a team of 3 x AO5 content creators with an emphasis on innovation and a positive and supportive team culture
- You will also have the opportunity to work alongside our two professional videographers/photographers to support the delivery of your team's content.

- Someone who is confident in setting direction, can inspire a team, identify what's next in the social media landscape and stay ahead of the curve.
- You should excel at creatively translating big-picture priorities and abstract requests into content that resonates.
- Your role will support the department's work providing housing assistance, homelessness support services, elevating youth perspectives, boosting the night economy, managing critical procurement and supply arrangements, public works building and design, and industry regulatory reform.
