Details: We are looking for a Director, Learning and Development who will lead the planning, development and continuous improvement of learning initiatives and programs.
What will you do?
You will collaboratively lead and support the Learning and Development team in an agile and innovative way. This is through implementing and maintaining a variety of Learning and Development strategies, Human Resources policies, initiatives, projects and programs which enhance the capability of the directorate and promote an inclusive culture and employee engagement. These include a Required Learning Framework, Cultural Learning Strategy, Leadership Programs, Mentoring Program, Studies Assistance and Induction supports. All are supported by a multimodal Training Catalogue of opportunities and Learning Management System.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., human resources, organisational development, psychology) is highly desirable but not essential.
Notes: This is a temporary position available for a period of up to six months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. We are supportive of hybrid work arrangements, including a combination of working from home, from 220 London Circuit and a variety of flexispaces.
