We are partnering with an established and growing residential builder seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join their team based within Melbourne’s rapidly expanding western growth corridor.
This is not a role for somebody who simply waits for display traffic.
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive sales professional who knows how to build relationships, generate opportunities, convert leads and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to signed contract.

With ambitious growth plans and continued investment in their future, they are seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive the next phase of their success.

The Opportunity:
Based from a display village in Melbourne’s booming Deanside growth corridor, you will be responsible for managing the complete customer sales journey from initial enquiry through to contract signing.
Working with a combination of company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities, you’ll leverage your industry network, referral channels and sales expertise to consistently deliver results.
You will guide customers through the home building process, assist with home and land package solutions and provide expert advice throughout the sales journey.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of creating opportunities, building referral networks and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert company-generated and self-sourced opportunities into signed building contracts
- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting and relationship building
- Conduct professional customer consultations and present suitable home solutions
- Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry through to contract signing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and industry stakeholders
- Prepare quotations and assist with house and land package solutions
- Review estate requirements, developer guidelines and allotment suitability
- Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage your sales pipeline
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication throughout the customer journey
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives
Key Requirements of the role:
- Proven experience selling new homes within the residential building industry
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with house and land packages
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes
- Experience interpreting developer guidelines, estate requirements and site constraints would be highly regarded
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A positive, motivated and professional approach
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
- A genuine desire to build a successful long-term career in new home sales
