- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and components in a diverse range of underground machines as well as light vehicles.
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, control systems, alternators, starters, and battery systems.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic control units (ECUs), CAN bus systems, and onboard diagnostics.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.
- Contribute to major overhauls or rebuilds by servicing or replacing electrical systems and components.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and stakeholders regarding electrical faults, repair requirements, and safety concerns.
- knowledge of different charging standards, charging protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot charging-related problems.
