Experienced COOK WANTED
At Shine DBC Pty Ltd, we are currently seeking a talented Cook to join our team.
The Roles & Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard
- Developing new and innovative recipes
- Ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Stock control and Stock Rotation
- Collaborating with other members of the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
The position Requires;
- Previous experience (at least 1 year) in a similar role with references
- Must be fully available over a 5-day roster
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be a team player
- Highly organized and efficient
- Strong leadership abilities
- Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques
The candidate must also have strong communication skills and show attention to detail and be well presented and punctual.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
