Remedial Property Solutions is looking for another person to join our growing team.
We specialise in remedial waterproofing, leak detection and building repairs throughout Brisbane.
We are interested in hearing from experienced waterproofers, but you do not need to already be a qualified waterproofer.
We would also like to hear from skilled construction workers or tradespeople who are good with their hands, can use tools confidently, take pride in their work and are interested in learning a specialised trade.
The Work
Our work is varied and can include:
- Remedial waterproofing
- Leak investigation and water testing
- Concrete repairs
- Screeding and creating falls
- Polyurethane and epoxy membrane systems
- Joint sealing
- Crack repairs
- Drainage modifications
- Tiling and pedestal tile systems
- General remedial building repairs
This is not repetitive new-construction waterproofing. A large part of our work involves identifying problems with existing buildings and working out the best way to repair them.
Who We're Looking For
You may already be an experienced waterproofer, or you may come from another construction background and want to learn.
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Waterproofing
- Tiling
- Concreting
- Rendering
- Carpentry
- Building maintenance
- Remedial construction
More importantly, we're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable and turns up when they say they will
- Takes pride in the quality of their work
- Is confident using power tools
- Has good practical problem-solving skills
- Is willing to learn
- Can work as part of a small team
- Is respectful when working in occupied apartments and buildings
- Wants to develop skills rather than just have another labouring job
What We Offer
- $35–$55 per hour + super, depending on experience and ability

About Remedial Property Solutions
We are a Brisbane-based remedial building and waterproofing company specialising in diagnosing and repairing water-ingress problems.
Our projects include balconies, rooftops, podiums, planter boxes, basements and other areas where standard building methods have failed.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn our systems, develop their skills and grow with the company.

If you're a good construction worker who doesn't have waterproofing experience but thinks you have the right attitude and skills to learn, we'd also like to hear from you.
Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
