As part of our passionate baking team, you’ll:
- Craft baked goods that meet our high-quality standards
- Maintain spotless hygiene.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Work efficiently to ensure all baking is completed on time.
- Communicate clearly to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily targets.
- Assist in managing costs and contribute to the bakery’s overall success.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be:
- A reliable and punctual team player with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about baking (previous bakery experience is mandatory).
- A morning person - early starts!
- Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Committed to food safety and hygiene.
- Positive, love working in a fun and respectful team environment.
- Be available to work a 5-day rotating roster, two days off a week.
- Have basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Friendly and easy going!
