The Program Officer – Post Education role manages end-to-end delivery of post-education program activities, including creation and maintenance of participant processes, records and communications. Reporting to the Team Lead – PEP Specialist and Post Education, you will monitor compliance and reporting while collaborating with participants, internal teams, administrators and external stakeholders.
As our Program Officer – Post Education, you'll also:
Coordinate participant tracking, reporting and data analysis to support program outcomes and compliance.
Partner with internal teams, including Examinations and Administration, to manage participant eligibility, applications and transitions.
Maintain accurate participant records across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide expert advice on program policies and requirements.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in strong customer service, coordinating programs or projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
High-volume data management with excellent attention to detail
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
