After an ENTHUSIASTIC Registered Nurse to be part of our practice team.
- Job will be for a practice nurse at our Pines location Contract/Casual or Part-time to assist our doctors and our patients. One of our current team member is away on vacation and we are seeking temporary replacement for her days with the possibility of joining the team long term after that.
- We are located in the Pines shopping centre and have been here for the past 20 years. We have a wonderful patient base, along with lovely doctors, allied health and admin team. There is ample parking and public transport available, plenty of food options in the foodcourt and 4 major achor stores such as; Kmart, Aldi, Coles and Woolworths.
- The required days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the month of August 2026 dates are;
Monday 03/08, 10/08, 17/08, 24/08, 31/08
Tuesday 04/08, 11/08/ 18/08, 25/08
Wednesday 05/08, 12/08, 19/08, 26/08
- The role requires experience with blood taking (multiple samples daily), Vaccinations (both childhood schedule and adult schedules), Injections (such as routine osteperosis prevention, weight loss medications, depots and other routine injections), doing dressings, assisting doctors in procedures and other general nurse duties.
- Added skill benefit would be previous experience with with patient care and preventative care such as care plans and health assessments but this is not necessary.
- We use Medical Director, Pracsoft and GSuite. Our Pathology provider is St. Vincent's pathology and we normally operate the collection centre Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm
