What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Credit & Collections Officer (12 month fixed-term contract), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial health of the business by managing a diverse customer ledger, driving timely cash collection, and balancing commercial growth with effective risk management. Working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, you will build strong relationships, influence positive payment behaviours, and help maximise sales opportunities while minimising overdue and doubtful debt.

What We’re Looking for:
- Experience in commercial credit, collections, accounts receivable, or a similar customer-focused finance position.

A confident communicator who can negotiate effectively, influence outcomes, and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism.

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner with customers and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Confidence using data and systems to guide decisions, including intermediate Excel skills. Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms will be highly regarded.
