We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our growing team.

What we're looking for:

✔ Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (restaurant experience preferred)
✔ Ability to lead and motivate a team during busy service periods

✔ Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Your responsibilities:
- Supervising the restaurant floor and supporting the team throughout service
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
- Assisting with staff training and leading by example
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining high presentation, cleanliness and service standards
