Support the delivery of Leisure World services while maintaining high standards of customer care, public relations and aquatic safety.
Your role includes

Supervising the pool area to ensure a safe aquatic environment

Identifying, assessing and reducing potential risks
-
Acting as a positive role model for patrons and colleagues
-
Providing lifesaving assistance and first aid when required
-
Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience
What we are looking for
-
Demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based aquatic facility
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of people

Flexibility and availability to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings, as required
Essential requirements

Working with Children Check card
-
Provide First Aid qualification
-
CPR qualification
-
Pool Lifeguard certificate
-
Current police clearance (less than three months old). Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage of the recruitment process as it is an appointment condition.
