What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to patients across a range of clinical settings. You’ll work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and achieve positive outcomes.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Work across Emergency, inpatient and aged care services
Respond to changing patient needs and emergency situations
Deliver evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
Support patients and families to understand their care and make informed decisions
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and community providers
Support and mentor colleagues and students as required
Develop your skills and clinical knowledge across a diverse rural setting

About you
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who is:
A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues
Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Committed to ongoing professional development
Experience or qualifications in Triage, ALS and PALS are desirable.
ED experience is desirable but not essential
Confident managing competing priorities in a busy clinical environment
Able to apply clinical knowledge, critical thinking and evidence-based practice to patient car
Passionate about delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

Additional Information
- Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions.
