Holistic In-Home Care is expanding into Victoria and is looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expansion and help us provide quality in-home care to clients across our new Victorian service areas.
Applicants who live in or are willing to travel within Mornington, Box Hill, Forest Hill and surrounding suburbs are encouraged to apply. Applications are being reviewed promptly as we build our team for these new service areas.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
✅ Provide transport support for appointments, shopping, and outings
✅ Support clients with social engagement and companionship
✅ Deliver care with patience, empathy, and respect
Shifts are typically shorter in length, making this an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible work arrangements.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy individuals
✔ A compassionate and patient approach to care
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team
✔ Preferably with background in Dementia Care
Requirements:
✅ Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
✅ National Police Check
✅ First Aid & CPR Certification
✅ Industry-Specific Certificate (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support)
✅ A genuine passion for providing high-quality home care
