About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic, enthusiastic, confident and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Perth.
This is a varied role combining administration, customer service, sales support, senior management support and process improvement.
You will play an important role in keeping our operations organised, ensuring customer information is accurate and accessible across departments, coordinating meetings, supporting senior managers and helping improve the way our teams work together.
You'll also interact directly with customers, manage enquiries and bookings, build excitement around our supercar experiences and assist in converting qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Customer Management
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, website enquiries and social media enquiries.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally and enthusiastically.
Manage customer accounts, bookings and booking amendments.
Accurately enter and maintain customer information within CRM and booking systems.
Compile customer booking details, preferences and special requirements.
Ensure customer information is accurate, complete and up to date.
Liaise with other departments to coordinate and manage client information throughout the customer journey.
Ensure relevant departments have the information they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate records, documentation and filing systems.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider team.
Sales & Customer Experience
Follow up qualified leads and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Promote Supercar Holidays packages, experiences and promotions.
Explain product features, pricing, inclusions and available promotions to customers.
Build rapport with customers and create excitement around their upcoming supercar experience.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
Represent the Supercar Holidays brand in a professional, energetic and enthusiastic manner.
Senior Management & Team Support
Provide administrative and organisational support to senior managers.
Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems and internal processes.
Assist with implementing improved processes and ensuring new workflows are followed across relevant departments.
Identify administrative inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
Coordinate information and communication between senior managers and departments.
Organise and manage weekly meetings for senior managers and relevant departments.
Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate attendees and ensure relevant information is available prior to meetings.
Take meeting notes and record key actions, responsibilities and deadlines.
Follow up on outstanding actions to help ensure agreed tasks are completed.
Maintain clear communication between departments and assist with keeping teams aligned on priorities.

Experience with CRM systems, booking platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, meeting coordination or sales environments will be highly regarded.
A genuine passion for supercars, luxury experiences, tourism or automotive events is highly desirable.
