The Team
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Senior Associate to oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets across a global environment.
This role will focus on infrastructure procurement, project management, and relationship management across internal stakeholders and various internal departments. Reporting to the IT Asset Management Lead, you will be part of a global team dedicated to managing and optimizing IT assets throughout their lifecycle as well as helping employees to achieve their full potential.
How You Will Contribute
- Procuring infrastructure, network, and A/V equipment for real estate buildouts.
- Managing laptop procurement under global standards and catalogue guidelines.
- Overseeing services and software related to IT hardware and ensuring proper maintenance contracts.
- Tracking orders and managing financial chargebacks for IT assets.
- Coordinating with Real Estate, Engineering, and Field Services teams to align IT asset management with business needs.
- Ensuring adherence to IT policies, SLAs, supplier contracts, and procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in global procurement or vendor management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (preferred) and Project Management principles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
