Darling Group is looking for a Head of Content & Social to lead and own social media across our portfolio of hospitality venues.
This is a senior role responsible for setting content direction, maintaining quality, and driving consistent output across multiple brands. You’ll operate as the most senior content operator in the business, working closely with the Creative Director and media producers to ensure our venues show up with clarity, intent, and cultural relevance.
The role is focused on structure and momentum - defining priorities, guiding execution, and holding a high creative bar. It’s not about chasing trends or posting for the sake of it, but about building a disciplined, scalable content function across a multi-venue portfolio.
