As we continue to grow, we are seeking an energetic, confident and results-driven Sales and Student Recruitment Officer to promote our courses, develop strong relationships with education agents and support the recruitment of international students.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Promote AEI Australia’s courses to prospective international students
✓ Build and maintain relationships with education agents, migration professionals and industry partners
✓ Generate new student leads through agent visits, networking, events, social media and referrals
✓ Follow up enquiries and guide prospective students through the enrolment process
✓ Conduct meetings and presentations with education agents and prospective students
✓ Achieve agreed monthly recruitment and sales targets
✓ Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and enrolments
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in international student recruitment, education sales or education marketing .
- Strong understanding of the Australian international education sector
- Established relationships with education agents will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable meeting new people
- Self-motivated, organised and focused on achieving results
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to the wider team
- Fluent English communication skills
- Additional language skills will be an advantage
