Operations Manager – Underwriting Agency (Start‑Up) Full‑Time | Location: Sydney
Join a newly established, broker‑focused underwriting agency and help build our operational foundations from day one. We’re creating a modern MGA without legacy systems, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in a hands‑on, fast‑moving environment.
You’ll run daily operations across policy administration, endorsements, renewals, documentation, and service levels. You’ll also help shape our core systems, support automation opportunities, maintain data integrity, and work closely with software vendors and capacity partners.
Role
This role suits someone with experience in MGA, underwriting, insurer, or broking operations, who understands policy workflows, bordereaux, and regulatory reporting.
