Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Resort Accommodation

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across 2 premium resorts along the Noosa River. You will ensure guest accommodations meet immaculate presentation standards prior to arrival and maintain pristine condition across all common resort areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Occupancy Checks (POC): Conduct rigorous quality assurance inspections on Units before guest check-in to guarantee high cleanliness standards.
- Common Area Maintenance: Assist with routine cleaning of shared facilities, including stairwells, Receptions and foyers.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock and Unit supplies; report maintenance defects or damage promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Eye for Detail: Exceptional standards of cleanliness with a meticulous approach to room presentation.
- Experience: Previous supervisory or senior housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts is desirable.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a small team in a fast-paced environment.
- Location & Availability: Based in or near Noosa with flexibility to work weekend shifts and peak holiday periods.
