Bungalow is an established venue in Dunsborough specialising in Mediterranean cuisine, sourdough wood fired pizza, natural wine and craft beer.
We're looking out for a friendly, approachable character to meet, greet and seat customers, check ID's, and monitor venue security over the busy summer season.
The preferred candidate will have previous experience in a hosting, security, liquor licensing or similar role, and should have a sound understanding of WA RSA guidelines. Holding a WA Approved Managers card would be a big plus.
The RSA officer position is generally staffed Friday, Saturday and some Sundays from 6pm with more hours and nights through December and January, over public holidays etc.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Greeting customers at the door in a friendly and polite manner
Assisting the host with seating customers on their assigned tables.
Look out for and refuse entry to intoxicated or undesirable patrons
Work with other security team members and/or duty manager to identify problem patrons and remove from premises and ensure venue compliance with RSA guidelines
Check patron ID's
