- Lead daily coffee operations and oversee barista performance.
- Maintain consistent coffee quality, extraction standards, and latte art presentation.
- Train, mentor, and develop baristas and front-of-house staff.
- Calibrate grinders and espresso machines throughout service.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders for coffee beans, milk, and café supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with regular customers.
- Support smooth café operations during busy breakfast and brunch periods.
- Assist management with staff rostering, opening and closing procedures, and service standards.
- Help create seasonal beverage offerings and specialty coffee menus.
- 2+ years experience in specialty coffee or high-volume café environments.
- Advanced espresso extraction and milk texturing skills.
- Strong latte art ability.
- Leadership and staff training experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Availability for weekends and early morning shifts.
