About The Role
Working alongside our team of OD Consultants and OD Managers this role is a great opportunity for an OD Consultant looking for their next step, or an experienced Lead Consultant looking for greater flex and work life balance (full-time or 4-day per week basis). If your happy place is partnering on strategic organisation-wide development initiatives and leading key programs end-to-end, then we’d like to hear from you!
With 1,300 employees in Australia and 500 in New Zealand, you’ll operate in a dynamic, regionally dispersed environment, collaborating with both local and global HR teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, matrix organisations and is comfortable working across geographies, bringing a strong ability to influence and align regional priorities with global frameworks and to strike the balance between global alignment and local needs.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead the design and delivery of RANZ talent, leadership and development programs, including facilitation, coaching, and vendor management.
- Support the business with development, including delivering masterclasses that empower our people to take ownership of their development and leveraging internal learning platforms (Rabo Academy, Percipio).
- Partner with the Global Leadership team to implement and embed global leadership programs locally.
- Contribute to designing and delivering OD and broader HR initiatives by diagnosing needs, engaging stakeholders, and embedding sustainable solutions.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Approximately 4–6 years’ experience in organisational development, learning, or broader HR roles (experience in Financial Services or global environments highly regarded).
- Demonstrated ability in and passion for program-managing and facilitating learning initiatives
- An interest in designing impactful learning experiences and supporting event-management for learning events
- A commercial, proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and partner within HR to deliver initiatives that have business impact.
