As our AWS business continues to expand, we are seeking an AWS Business Leader to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen AWS alignment, and build trusted, long-term customer and partner relationships. This is a senior, quota-carrying role suited to an experienced cloud seller who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to turn strategy into results. Key Responsibilities:

Own and deliver against an AWS revenue target, driving new logo and expansion opportunities

Build and maintain a strong, predictable AWS pipeline with accurate forecasting

Lead complex, enterprise‑level AWS sales engagements from discovery through to close

Act as a key interface with AWS, driving joint GTM motions, co‑sell activity, and pipeline alignment

Build trusted, executive‑level relationships with customers, positioning SoftwareOne as a strategic AWS partner

Collaborate closely with account teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes

Contribute to the growth of SoftwareOne’s AWS practice through mentorship, enablement, and team building
What we need to see from you:
- Proven experience in a senior, quota‑carrying business development or sales role, ideally within cloud services

Demonstrated success selling AWS solutions and closing complex, high‑value deals

Strong experience working with AWS as a partner, including co‑sell and vendor engagement

AWS Specialist or Professional certifications (required)

A clear, demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

A collaborative, growth‑mindset leader who enjoys building capability and momentum
