Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you'll lead Levande's Operations Finance function, supporting our national retirement living portfolio and partnering closely with Operational leaders across Australia.
You'll lead a team of Finance professionals responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, business partnering and operational financial performance across our villages.
Alongside the day-to-day leadership of the function, you'll play an important role in improving systems, strengthening controls, supporting automation initiatives and helping Finance deliver better insights to the business.

We're interested in speaking with CA or CPA qualified Finance leaders who bring experience across financial control, operational finance and reporting within complex, multi-site environments.
Backgrounds in retirement living, property, hospitality, aged care or similarly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
