We're looking for a friendly & reliable Retail & Social Media Assistant to join our beautiful crystal shop every Monday, with the opportunity for additional shifts in the future as our business continues to grow.
About the Role
You'll be involved in a variety of tasks including:
- Providing exceptional customer service and retail sales
- Assisting customers with crystals, gifts and wellness products
- Creating engaging Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content
- Filming and editing short-form Reels and videos
- General day-to-day retail duties
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest and knowledge of crystals, spirituality and holistic wellness
- Is confident creating and appearing in social media content
- Has a creative eye for photography and video
- Is warm, friendly and enjoys connecting with people
- Is reliable, organised and happy to work independently
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
