The Role:
Best & Less is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Full-Time Team Member to join our passionate and supportive teams at our Blacktown store this role offers 38 hours per week, requiring the successful applicant to be available to work across five working days.

Your day will consist of:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.

- 1-2 years retail experience required
